Dra. Fernanda Villa
Surgeon
Dr. María Fernanda Villa Domínguez is a surgeon with a strong background in emergency medicine and experience in high-complexity settings. She began her career at the Mexican Red Cross, where she became certified as an Emergency Medical Technician at all levels, actively participating in prehospital care, teaching, and operational response during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She has consolidated her clinical practice at institutions such as the Hospital Central Militar and IMSS (Lomas Verdes), complementing her training with a rotation in aerospace medicine. She has worked as a flight physician and paramedic on air ambulances, participating in critical domestic and international medical transports.
She has academic experience as a lecturer in medical embryology and has contributed to scientific publications in emergency medicine and physiology. She is a member of international associations such as NAEMT and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, and maintains ongoing education with over 150 specialized courses.
She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. She currently focuses her practice on regenerative medicine, integrating clinical precision, experience in critical situations, and an approach oriented toward the functional restoration of the patient.
